Common questions
What counts as a "call"?
One POST to /evaluate = one call, regardless of how many tickers are in the request. Each plan has a per-evaluation ticker cap (5 on Free/Hobby, 10 on Pro, 20 on Business). Requests that exceed the cap return 413.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Calls return 429 Too Many Requests until your next billing period. There's no automatic overage — if you need more headroom, upgrade your plan and the new limit applies immediately. Enterprise has custom volume.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Both take effect immediately. Stripe applies prorated credit or charge to your next invoice; unused time on the old plan is credited automatically.
Do you offer a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 5 evaluations a month with the full feature set, indefinitely. That's the trial — no credit card, no countdown. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice (NET 30).
