PORTIQA is a software tool that produces quantitative analysis of portfolio inputs you submit. The output — including scores, signals, sector breakdowns, exposure plans, and suggestions — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be construed as:
- Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security;
- An offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product;
- Tax, legal, accounting, or fiduciary advice;
- A guarantee of any future performance or outcome.
2. No advisory relationship
Using PORTIQA does not create an advisor–client, broker–client, or fiduciary relationship between you and PORTIQA. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before acting on any information surfaced by PORTIQA, you should:
- Conduct your own research and due diligence;
- Consider your personal financial situation, objectives, and risk tolerance;

4. Data accuracy
PORTIQA enriches portfolio inputs from third-party market data sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our datasets current and accurate, we do not warrant that the data is complete, error-free, or up-to-the-second. Prices, fundamentals, and reference data may be delayed, stale, or wrong, and the resulting analysis may be affected.
5. Past performance
Any historical references, backtests, or trend indicators provided by the Service are not indicative of future results. Markets are inherently uncertain and any investment carries the risk of partial or total loss of capital.
6. No regulated services
PORTIQA does not execute trades, custody assets, or move money. We do not provide order routing, settlement, custody, clearing, or any other regulated financial service.
7. Jurisdictional limits
The Service is offered globally for informational use. Some jurisdictions place restrictions on the distribution of investment-related software. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of PORTIQA complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PORTIQA, its operators, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, trading losses, missed gains, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
